Description
This proportional air-controlled directional valve is used in medium and large mining dump trucks, featuring lifting, mid-stop, and proportional slow lowering functions. The lowering speed can be adjusted at will. It is installed on the cylinder valve seat and has safety and explosion-proof features, reliable structural strength, sensitive directional control, and a long service life.
Note: The thread of the oil pipe connector and the overflow pressure can be customized according to customer requirements.

Product Features
Suitable for controlling the front top multi-stage cylinder, using the return port T to connect the oil pipe directly back to the oil tank. Use compressed air to remotely control the lifting, lowering, and proportional slow lowering functions of the carriage. Equipped with a pilot-operated relief valve and a one-way oil inlet valve, allowing for system pressure setting.
Suitable for controlling front-mounted multi-stage cylinders, applicable to hydraulic systems of dump trucks, compatible with dual multi-stage cylinders or single rod piston cylinders, with built-in safety relief valves for lifting, lowering, and slow lowering, and adjustable system pressure. Control valves can be used to remotely control the pneumatic lever reversing valve.
