Description
This proportional air-controlled directional valve is used in medium and large dump trucks, featuring lifting, mid-stop, and proportional slow lowering functions. The lowering speed can be proportionally adjusted. It is installed on the hydraulic cylinder valve seat and can be positioned on the left or right side according to the hydraulic tank design. The two installation surfaces can be adjusted for forward or reverse installation, facilitating the layout of the hydraulic hoses without crossing, ensuring reliable structural strength, sensitive directional control, and a long service life.
Note: The thread of the oil pipe connector and the overflow pressure can be customized according to customer requirements.

Product Features
Utilizing double-sided C-type oil outlet flanges, it is assembled at the oil cylinder inlet, forming an integrated cylinder-valve assembly (with explosion-proof capability). The installation method can be selected as either left or right, depending on the position of the oil pump. It has the function of controlling the raising and lowering of the cabin and a proportional slow descent feature. Equipped with a pilot-operated relief valve, allowing for system pressure setting.
